Install to first order in 15 minutes.

Once you've purchased, you'll get an email with your download link and licence key. Inside your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and select the WholesaleWP zip file.

After activating, paste your licence key into WholesaleWP → Licence. The plugin auto-detects WooCommerce and runs a one-time setup wizard with sensible defaults — most stores can accept these and refine later.

If you use a developer workflow

WP-CLI works fine: wp plugin install wholesalewp.zip --activate. Composer installation instructions are in the README inside the download.

WholesaleWP supports four pricing approaches — pick the one that matches how your business works:

• Per-product wholesale price. Set a flat wholesale price on each product, alongside the retail price. Best for small catalogs or stores with hand-set wholesale margins.
• Category-level discount. Apply a percentage discount across an entire product category for wholesale roles. Best for stores with structured catalogs.
• Global percentage discount. One percentage off everything. Quick, simple, hard to mess up.
• Tiered / quantity-based pricing. Different prices at different order quantities, e.g. 10% off at 50 units, 15% off at 100. Layered on top of any of the above.

Most stores combine two: a global percentage as the baseline, plus per-product overrides for specific items. You can switch and combine these any time without losing data.

Bulk editing

For catalogs over a few hundred SKUs, use the CSV import under WholesaleWP → Tools → Import. Export the template, fill in your wholesale prices, re-import. Done in minutes.

Create the wholesale roles your business needs — most stores have just one ("Wholesale Customer"), but you can have unlimited tiers (e.g. Bronze / Silver / Gold) each with their own pricing rules.

Configure your registration form: which fields to collect (company name, VAT number, business type), and whether new wholesale registrations require admin approval. For most stores, approval is the right default — wholesale pricing is sensitive and you don't want it leaking to consumer accounts.

Add your first wholesale customer manually, or send them to your registration page. The moment they log in, they'll see wholesale prices, the bulk order form, and any role-restricted products.
