Terms

Terms of service.

The legal stuff — written as plainly as we could manage. If anything is unclear, ask us.

1. Who you're buying from

WholesaleWP is operated by the company listed on our invoices. By purchasing or using the WholesaleWP plugin, you agree to these terms. If you're buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.

2. Your licence

The WholesaleWP plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL), as required for all WordPress plugins. The GPL grants you broad rights to use, modify, and redistribute the code.

Your purchase additionally grants you, for the duration of your active subscription:

  • Access to plugin updates
  • Access to our support channels at the level your plan provides
  • Use of our hosted licensing/update infrastructure
  • Use on the number of sites your plan allows

If your subscription lapses, the plugin keeps working — but you lose access to updates, support, and the licensing infrastructure until you renew.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If WholesaleWP isn't right for you for any reason within 14 days of purchase, email hello@wholesalewp.com and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no friction.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and considered case-by-case.

4. Renewals

Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the same price you signed up at. We don't do bait-and-switch renewal pricing. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Lifetime licences are a one-time purchase and do not renew.

5. Updates & support

We aim to ship regular updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes. We don't guarantee a specific update cadence, but we commit to security fixes promptly when issues are reported.

Support is provided in line with the response targets on the support page. Support covers WholesaleWP itself, configuration help, and reasonable assistance with compatibility issues. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugin debugging, or general WordPress instruction.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WholesaleWP to operate any business that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours. You agree not to attempt to circumvent our licensing system, share your licence key publicly, or resell access to our hosted services.

If you discover a security vulnerability in WholesaleWP, please report it responsibly to security@wholesalewp.com — don't disclose it publicly until we've had a reasonable chance to fix it.

7. Limitation of liability

WholesaleWP is provided "as is." While we work hard to ship reliable software and respond to issues quickly, we cannot guarantee that the plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every possible combination of WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, and other plugins.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of WholesaleWP is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

You can stop using WholesaleWP at any time. We can terminate your access if you breach these terms in a material way (for example, attempting to circumvent the licensing system or using the plugin for illegal purposes), in which case we'll give you a reasonable opportunity to cure the breach where possible.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we'll email you at the address on your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
